Shipping Info

Depending on the shipping service selected, orders can be delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the origin and destination of your chosen pieces. Standard delivery is available for all countries. Express delivery is available for the United States, Canada and Europe. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout. 

Shipping outside the United States? Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees and other charges related to cross border shipping.

Shipping Times

Expedited service for United States, Canada and Europe: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days.

Standard service for United States, Canada and Europe: delivery within 4-12 days.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

Our orders can be delivered by USPS, UPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Fedex, DHL and others. Specific carriers are not guaranteed - carrier is selected based on price paid for shipping and market rates for your package size and weight at the time of shipping.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days for non-custom items and within 7 business days for customized items.

We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also follow its journey by heading to the ‘My Orders’ section of your account, or if you opted for guest checkout, you can track the status of your order using the link provided in your confirmation email.
